Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Simple flat rate shipping: For orders equal to or less than $89.99 going to any destination in the Continental US, GlassHause offers $4 flat rate Ground Shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The average delivery time for Ground Shipping is within one to five business days of shipment. Orders are shipped from New York.

Shipping costs for orders placed with an expedited shipping method will be calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping location, and other ancillary UPS and USPS charges. 

All options for shipping and the associated cost are displayed at checkout and must be paid prior to shipment.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another e-mail notifying you when your order has shipped.

Route Package Protection: Route Package Protection provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen and is automatically added to your cart at checkout. The cost of Route Package Protection is automatically calculated based on your order value - it costs only $0.98 for orders up to $100. Please note that if you elect to forego Route Package Protection and remove this item from your cart, you will not be refunded, issued store credit, or offered replacement glasses in the event that your original package is lost, broken, or stolen. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the shipment's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contactus@glasshauseco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
