Returns

Effective August 1, 2022: We accept returns of your unused, undamaged products in the original packaging.

Please return all items back in the original and undamaged packaging, including the styrofoam and box in which the glasses were shipped. We kindly ask that you please do not write on, paint on, or otherwise modify the styrofoam and box.

If the item(s) are not returned in the original packaging, a fee will be deducted from your return. 

The entire set as a whole must be returned; We cannot accept returns of partial sets.

You must initiate a return within 5 business days of the order delivery date to be eligible for return of your item(s). To initiate a return, e-mail contactus@glasshauseco.com with the following order details: Name, Order #, Reason for Return, and a picture of the glasses. We will e-mail you back acknowledging your return. Within 5 business days of receiving your return acknowledgment, you must ship back the unused, undamaged products in the original packaging. 

Once we receive your return and validate that it complies with our Return Policy, we will proceed with issuing you a refund. 

GlassHause reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with this return policy. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Shipping Fee on Returns: GlassHause does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. 

Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable; Therefore, a $10 postage charge for the original shipment to you will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds 

Items returned in acceptable condition will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your items, please complete a return of your order and then place a new order.  

Defective Products

Prior to shipment, we thoroughly examine each and every glass packaged in your order to ensure that the glasses are free of defects and damage, including broken/chipped pieces, discoloration, etc. 

Route Package Protection provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen and is automatically added to your cart at checkout. If you did not purchase Route Package Protection, GlassHause unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, store credit, or replacement glasses in the event that your glasses are damaged or defective.
