1. What are your wine glasses made of?
Our wine glasses are crafted from high-quality, lead-free crystal glass. Each glass is hand-colored and crafted to perfection. Each piece is made to be both beautiful and durable.
2. Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
Our glasses are dishwasher safe, but for best results and longevity of color, we recommend handwashing when possible. If you do put them in the dishwasher, we recommend putting them on the top rack.
3. How many glasses come in a set?
You can purchase our wine glasses individually or in sets of 2, 4, or 6. Keep in mind that the price per glass decreases when you order a larger set — perfect for gifting and entertaining, but we still want you to be able to create your own custom collection.
4. Can I mix and match stem colors in one set?
Yes — absolutely! We love a set that’s custom and curated to your liking. Just scroll through our color options and add 1, 2, 4, or 6 glasses to your cart in any combination you like. You can even mix between stemmed and stemless styles for a set that’s uniquely yours.
5. Do you offer gift packaging?
Each package is sent with gifting in mind — no receipt is included in the box unless you specifically request it!
6. International Shipping?

7. How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your package is on its way.
8. What if my glass arrives damaged?
We take every precaution to package our glasses securely, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a picture of the broken glass and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
9. Can I return or exchange my glasses?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Visit our Returns page for more info.
10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

11. Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Each batch of our glasses is individually dyed, which means no two sets are exactly the same — and we love that! Slight variations in color can happen from batch to batch, but that’s part of what makes every order unique. We do our best to keep colors consistent, but think of it as a little extra charm in every glass. 💖
